Organization : As part of the IT Operations team, the Systems Administrator will provide 2nd and 3rd level support and oversee the management of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This role is pivotal to driving the company's digital capabilities, supporting infrastructure, security projects, and independently managing small projects. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of availability and security across their global network of vessels and offices.


Your Responsibilities

Managing Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure : Oversee the design, implementation, and management of AWS and Azure environments, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki network infrastructure, and both Windows and Linux servers.


System Administration : Implement system security measures, monitor performance, perform backups, and automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.


Driving Improvements : Engage in problem management through root cause analysis and introduce solutions to improve system infrastructure. Lead projects to enhance systems and collaborate with vendors on service reviews and procurement activities.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Systems Administration managing infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem identification and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in IT asset management and automation tools like Endpoint Central.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Expertise with Cisco Meraki, next-gen firewalls, and Linux instances.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Microsoft 365, AWS, ITIL, or CCNA.
  • Familiarity with security standards (ISO27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Database administration skills in Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB.
