**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the executive team’s schedules.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Preparation**:

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.
- **Communication Prioritization**:

- Organize and prioritize incoming communications.
- Ensure urgent matters are addressed promptly.
- **Meeting Organization**:

- Assist in organizing executive meetings.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle confidential information and communications with discretion and professionalism.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange travel plans including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- **Filing System Maintenance**:

- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and correspondence.
- **Event Planning**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Manage office supplies, process expense reports, and handle general inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in an administrative or executive support role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
