**Designation**: Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor

**Job Purpose & Role**: To provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Vice
- Chancellor**.**

**1.** _**Schedule and Meeting Coordination**_
- Manage the VCs Calendar Coordinate, communicate and schedule meetings and venue for the meetings with the consent of the Vice-Chancellor.
- Collate Meeting material for the VC
- Prepare thorough briefings and provide relevant documents for meetings
- Ensure the VC is able to connect to remote meetings and troubleshoot if needed.

**2.** _**Travel and Event Management**_
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and other travel logistics for the VC
- Liaise with event organizers to coordinate event logistics for the VC including travel arrangements, communications, and pre-meeting materials.
- Prepare expense statements and submit to the Accounts department.

**3.** _**Relationship Management**_
- Good office managerial skills
- Serve as the point of Contact for all internal Executives and external institutions and individuals who need to contact the VC
- Monitor and track documents, projects and tasks, ensuring attention to time-sensitive issues and longer-term initiatives, providing succinct background information when needed.
- Research and Prepare materials for speaking engagements.
- Documentation of up-to-date records and all documents and correspondences of the Vice Chancellor office
- Attending to the Guests and taking care of the hospitality.
- Keep updating oneself on the happenings of the higher education sector.
- **4.**_ _**Communication on behalf of the VCs Office**_
- Communicating with internal and external parties on behalf of the VCs office.
- **5.**_ _**Any other administrative tasks as and when required by the Vice-Chancellor.**_

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferably **with Technical Background**:

- High level of MS Office Skills viz. Word, Excel and PPT
- Min. 5 years experience preferably assisting C-level executives in a large organisation

**Skills**
- Shall posses highly commendable language skills in English / Hindi and Marathi
- Experience in working on MS Office
- a go-getter attitude with result oriented approach
- Proactive and assertive
- Dynamic, energetic, team player,
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in _fast paced evolving environment_

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
