**Note**: This is an Office along with a Field Job

**Responsibilities**:

- **1. Lead Generation**:_
- Utilize various channels to identify and generate potential leads for our products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- **2. Sales and Product Promotion**:_
- Present and promote our products to potential clients
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and address client needs.
- **3. Client Meetings**:_
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements and demonstrate how our products can meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- **4. Achieve Sales Targets**:_
- Set and achieve sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- **5. Market Intelligence**:_
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the development team to enhance product features based on client needs.
- **6. Reporting**:_
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including leads generated, meetings conducted, and sales closed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with the Pune and Satara Geography.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
