**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the school, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
- **Staff Coordination**: Support and coordinate activities among teaching and non-teaching staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- **Student Services**: Manage student enrollment, attendance, and records, ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies.
- **Financial Oversight**: Assist with budget preparation and financial management, including monitoring expenses and managing school funds.
- **Policy Implementation**: Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures, and assist in the development of new policies as needed.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Act as a liaison between the school, parents, and the community, addressing concerns and promoting involvement.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize school events, activities, and meetings, ensuring all logístical aspects are handled effectively.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports for school leadership and relevant stakeholders regarding operational efficiency, student performance, and other key metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in school administration or educational management preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational policies and regulations.
