**About the Opportunity**

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects based in Gurugram, introducing them to the benefits of our platform, and encouraging them to join our growing network. Your primary goal is to establish strong connections and drive the adoption of our platform among local retailers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to retailers based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR to pitch our platform "Wholetailor".
- Present the features and advantages of our platform compellingly.
- Educate retailers on how "Wholetailor" can improve their sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for the number of calls and conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Actively listen to retailers' needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions.
- Handle objections and inquiries effectively to convert leads into active users.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and share feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in regional language, English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass, with a preference for graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
