The Sponsorship Promotion & Events Professional supports in sponsorship and events activation plans delivering resources, collating information, organising material and coordinating stakeholders in order to execute commercial initiatives.

**What you’ll be doing**
1. Gathers, organises and analyses insights and market intelligence that contributes to the sourcing and development of business relationships with potential sponsors to maintain a robust sponsorship pipeline.
2. Supports in the organisation of BT Group's events and sponsoring strategies across the Group's global markets, delivering roadmapping and resource planning.
3. Collates information and materials that support the negotiation and execution of all aspects of contractual agreements related to sponsorships to achieve the greatest benefits for BT Group.
4. Follows and maintains the sponsorship department's brand assurance and representation standards, ensuring cadence with legal directives delivering accurate sponsorship pricing, implementation and cost analysis.
5. Coordinates interactions and engagements with sponsorship activation agencies.
6. Supports the events and promotions pipeline driving both online and offline events.
7. Supports the development of promotional materials for events and promotions, leveraging BT Group's resources and marketing insights resulting in compelling narratives with audiences and customers that drive urgency.
8. Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within sponsorship promotion and events.
