Travel Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
Provide expert advice on suitable flight options, hotel accommodations, and packaged tours.
**Booking and Reservation**:Book flights, hotels, and packaged tours according to client preferences.
Secure reservations, confirmations, and necessary travel documentation.
**Itinerary Planning**:Create detailed travel itineraries based on client preferences and travel plans.
Coordinate and customize tour packages to meet individual client needs.
**Vendor Coordination**:Liaise with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and availability.
Negotiate and confirm bookings to ensure client satisfaction.
**Travel Documentation**:Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance.
Ensure clients are informed about entry requirements for their chosen destinations.
**Customer Service**:Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after travel.
**Knowledge Upkeep**:Stay updated on travel trends, airline routes, and hotel offerings.
Provide clients with the latest information on travel restrictions and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in travel services, particularly in booking flights, hotels, and packaged tours.
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Multilingual skills may be advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
