As a UI & UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective design solutions across various mediums. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver design assets that align with brand identity and user expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and effective designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.
- Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
- Revise and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare design files for production and work with vendors as needed.
- Ensure that all design work adheres to copyright and legal guidelines.
- Proven experience as a UI & UX Designer or in a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI UX Designer or in a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop: For image editing and manipulation.
- Adobe Illustrator: Primarily for vector graphics and illustrations.
- Adobe InDesign: Used for layout design, especially for print materials like brochures and magazines.
- Figma/Adobe XD: Focused on UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Adobe After Effects: For motion graphics and visual effects
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
