Quality Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online inspections to ensure that manufacturing processes are in compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Review drawings and blueprints to verify that products are being manufactured according to design requirements.
- Perform assembly inspections to check the quality of finished products and identify any defects or deviations from standards.
- Generate daily reports summarizing inspection findings, highlighting any quality issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure that inspections are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain documentation of inspection results and quality records for traceability and audit purposes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and drive efficiency.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality requirements and standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

**Salary**:

- 25,000 to 30,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
