**1.) Job purpose**:
To Plan, implement & effectively execute various methodologies/processes of material issues, kitting, KANBAN preparation & line feeding in line with FIFO as per CNH practices. Execute various material despatches, material accounting, Cycle count & scrap management.

**Key Result Areas (KRA’s) / Measures of Performance (MOP’s): -**
- Develop and implement processes for part feeding that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supervise and train part feeding staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Effectively implement feeding system of Two Bin items & monitoring of its shortages.
- Develop system of Receipts, Storage & Feeding for exclusive items of NPL
- Develop station wise feeding system in JIS for bulky items as per daily plan & Kanban / Kit for other boughout items
- Effective Check on Scrap movement, timely system posting & maintaining records. Regular Disposals of Scrap.
- Work closely with assembly line supervisors and other departments to align part feeding with production schedules.
- Daily / Weekly Report on Consumables Stock etc.
- Identify areas for improvement within the part feeding process and implement changes accordingly.
