**Job Requirement :Freshers preferably with hands on experience**

**Roles & Responsibilities***:

- Minimum 6 months to one year hands on experience
- Independently prepare Muncipal Drawings,Presentation Drawings & Saleable Calculations or Working Drawings or Presentation Layout based on specification or sampleIndependently prepare all building drawings,plot feeding, area calculation and detail drawings
- Preparation of basic drawings, hatching, finding areas, making pdf drawings, superimposing it to Google images, scaling and all required work related to architectural drawings for building consutruction
- AutoCAD knowledge with all basic computer skills must. Prepare all types of landscape or MEP drawings like working drawing, presentation drawing, Municipal drawing & details required for the project
- Prepare error free drawings in the given time frame
- Assist and Prepare Reports, Maps, and Plans.
- To carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities as experience is gained

**Qualifications** : Under Graduate/Graduate/Diploma
