Knowledge of Latest DCR 2034 / A B Class Regional Plan DCRs basic knowledge for conceptual design and planning as well as FSI Computation.
- Preparation of submission drawings for Building Proposal / SRA / Residential Townships / Commercial project
- preparing reports, designs and Structural drawings.
- making calculations about loads and stresses.
- obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval.
- Previous experience as a Civil / Structural Engineer or similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
