Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator (Refrigerant) to join our team. As a

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Back Office Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing documentation related to sales activities.
- Coordination with Internal and External Customers: Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments, as well as external customers. Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate and monitor the logistics aspects of the sales process, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely product distribution.
- Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing processes, including generating and verifying invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, and coordinating with the finance department for timely payment collection.
- Tally Utilization: Utilize Tally software for financial transactions, recording sales data, and generating financial reports. Maintain proficiency in using Tally to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes.
- Management Information System (MIS): Prepare regular MIS reports, analyzing sales data, tracking key performance indicators, and providing insights to the sales team and management for informed decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Diploma or MBA in sales, marketing, or communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Proficiency in sales coordination processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience with Tally software or similar accounting software is preferred.
