Role Description

1.   Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to track performance against targets, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. This may include preparing sales forecasts, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying areas for improvement.

 

2.   Product and Market Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the target market and competitive landscape. This enables the sales coordinator to effectively support the sales team in addressing customer needs and positioning offerings in the market.

 

3.   Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication and coordination between the sales team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. This includes scheduling meetings, disseminating information, and following up on action items to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of efforts.

 

 

4.   Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities, This involves ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time to facilitate the sales process.

 

5.   Customer Service and Support: Providing assistance to customers as needed, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner. This helps in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Organizational skills to manage and coordinate multiple sales activities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Prior experience in the bathroom or home decor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
