**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- **Client Communication**: serve as a point of contact for the clients and the sales team, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate with internal departments to process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain sales records, track performance metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into sales activities and outcomes.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize CRM software to manage customer information, update sales pipelines, and track interactions with clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to align efforts and optimize sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the branding or printing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
