Administration, Front Desk Executive

**- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations as needed.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor travel expenses and reconcile travel invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed during their travels.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with other departments, including HR and finance, to ensure seamless coordination of travel logistics.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, restrictions, and advisories, and communicate relevant updates to team members.
**Job Expectations**:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, with experience in managing travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and employees.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is desirable.
