**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our home care services team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs and effectively communicating the range of services we offer. Your exceptional communication skills, compassion, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping individuals find the right home care solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about our home care services.
Listen actively and empathetically to clients' inquiries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide clear, accurate, and detailed explanations of the various home care services available, including personalized care plans, medical assistance, companionship, and more.

**Service Education**:Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of each home care service and package.
Educate clients about the scope of services, including activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, meal preparation, personal hygiene assistance, and mobility support.
Tailor explanations to match clients' specific needs and preferences, highlighting how our services can enhance their quality of life.

**Needs Assessment**:Skillfully gather information about clients' situations, including medical conditions, mobility limitations, and specific care requirements.
Collaborate with clients and their families to understand their unique circumstances and preferences, ensuring our services are tailored to their needs.

**Problem Resolution**:Address any questions, concerns, or challenges clients may have regarding our home care services.
Handle inquiries regarding pricing, scheduling, caregiver qualifications, and any other relevant topics.
Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt solutions to ensure a positive experience for clients.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:Assist clients in scheduling home care services, coordinating with caregivers, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Collaborate closely with our scheduling team to accommodate clients' preferred dates, times, and frequency of services.

**Feedback and Improvement**:Gather feedback from clients about their experiences with our services and the customer service process.
Relay valuable insights to management for continuous service improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to learn and convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with home care services, healthcare, or caregiving is a plus.
