Job Title: Sr. Consultant for Office 365 Migration

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and document a comprehensive migration plan, outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and risks associated with the migration.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and security settings in line with the organization’s policies and compliance requirements.
- Perform data migration tasks, including mailbox migration, document migration to SharePoint and OneDrive, and setup of Teams for collaboration.
- Use migration tools and scripts (e.g., Microsoft Migration Tool, PowerShell scripts) to automate and streamline data transfer.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Work closely with Microsoft support and vendors as needed to address complex migration issues.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to help end-users understand and adapt to the new Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after the migration to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor the performance and usage of Office 365 services post-migration to identify and address any remaining issues.
- Optimize the setup and configuration of Office 365 tools to improve productivity and align with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders on migration progress, risks, and any support issues.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Proficiency in migration tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Migration Tool, Azure AD, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with data security, user management, and compliance requirements for cloud-based environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering seamless user experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and supporting users.
