Front Desk Executive

Greet and welcome Students, Parents and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Presentable and pleasant in every action.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and connect them with the student counsellors or to the sales department.
- Explain each and every detail of the course (Duration, fee structures, teaching methods, shift, exams etc.
- Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily calls and queries/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, register issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, transcribing and faxing.
- Resolve student’s complaints, support with follow up session booking, cancellation, send session reminders
- Following up for the students regarding balance fee payment, putting the eyes always on the students as their behavioral changes, attitudes, reaching time, leaving time etc.
- Collect the payments and manage if any refund.
- Coordination with the accounts and finance departments
- Should be organized the front desk and administrational activities
*UG in any field
*English Communication skill is mandatory

Location : Day shift - Muvattupuzha ( Up to 25000/- and Accommodation )
Evening shift - Kaloor 1: 30 pm to 8:00 pm ( Up to 15000/- and Accommodation )

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
