Should have below skills for the bought out parts

Should understand and identify the Bill of Materials of all type of Valves

Must have knowledge of manufacturing of all the parts of the Valves

Should be able to study the drawing and plan the process for all the bills of material parts

Should be able to estimate the product and the process cost and should have good negotiation skills to finalise the technical and commercial requirements for these parts and

Must have the capability to identify and finalise the new & alternate sources

Have good communication and Should be a Team player

Should have SAP understanding

He should also have knowledge on the subcontracting and machining process

He should also have the knowledge on special Process like Coating, Rubber Moulding, etc..
