Job Title: Area Trainer for Laundry Stores
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Area Trainer to join our team. As an Area Trainer for Laundry Stores, you will be responsible for training and developing store managers and staff, ensuring consistent implementation of operational standards, providing ongoing support, and refresher training for store team. Your expertise in laundry, pressing and counter handing is must.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute training programs to educate store managers and staff on company policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Implement training initiatives that focus on improving customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational effectiveness.
3. Conduct in-person and training sessions for new hires, reinforcing best practices, and facilitating on-the-job coaching as necessary.
4. Collaborate with store managers to launch new store smoothly and train him to carry out local marketing activity and tie ups.
6. Mentor new partners also for the training process.
7. Stay updated on industry and help source people for store operations.
8. Provide continuous support to store managers and staff, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering constructive feedback and guidance.
9. Collaborate with the HR department to develop, update, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
10. Maintain accurate training records, documenting participation, progress, and performance of store managers and staff.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably in a retail or service industry.
3. Strong knowledge of laundry store operations, including equipment usage, cleaning processes, and customer service standards.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coach employees at all levels.
5. A passion for training and developing others, with the ability to motivate and engage learners.
6. Organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions, schedules, and resources.
7. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual training sessions and online content creation.
8. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area to provide training and support to multiple store locations.
9. Highly adaptable and able to adjust training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
10. Problem-solving skills to identify training gaps and develop effective solutions.
