**Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)**

**Location**: DLF Gurgaon

As a Sales Executive in our real estate team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and closing real estate transactions. Your primary focus will be on selling residential and commercial properties to potential clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on property options, negotiate terms, and facilitate the closing process. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings, provide property tours, and present available options to clients.
- Assist clients in evaluating properties by providing accurate and detailed information on features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate terms of sale, prepare and present offers, and facilitate the closing process.
- Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents, brokers, and legal professionals, to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

**Salary**: ₹10,093.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
