Hiring - State Sales Head

Location - Haryana- Kaithal, Kurukshetra.

Experience - Minimum 7 Years in Agriculture Sales. ( Drip Irrigation and Mulching Sheets.)

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage the sales and operational budgets of their assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management.
  • Coordinate market development/fact plots and farm demonstrations.
  • Train the dealer sales force to sell value, deliver our brand experience and manage objections, mostly through ridealong and joint farmer calls.
