Sales Representative

Job Overview:
Camzy Films is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their wedding photography and videography requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Presentations and Meetings**:
- Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and present Camzy Films' services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- **Lead Follow-Up**:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
- **Closing Sales**:
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager (or Founder/Owner) on sales performance and market trends.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with the photography and videography teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
