AVP - Marketing Associate

**Location**:Mumbai

**Position Overview**

The Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing plans and improve research partner experience. Maintaining and improving our access to key treasury and finance professionals at corporates, in addition to influential institutional investing decision-makers at asset owners for research programs are the goals of buy-side marketing and client experience. In addition, the Marketing Associate will support marketing programs for clients and prospects in CIB, US-CCB, and Investment Management business through brand awareness initiatives and lead generation activities.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Create, manage and execute calendar for VoC marketing initiatives aligned with business needs
- Track engagement from campaign analytics and update necessary actions for Field and Relationship Development Executives
- Prepare marketing materials (benefits sheets, overview documents) to be leveraged by executive interviewing teams around the globe to drive study participation
- Prepare and distribute content and research reports post-interview to increase engagement
- Draft standard text blocks and report summary guides for research initiatives
- Liaise with central marketing teams to finalize papers, blogs, newsletters, webinars, promotions, etc.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with regional Field and Relationship Development Executives (translations, region-specific campaigns, local events, etc.)
- Coordinate the distribution of campaign analytics with Field and Relationship Development Executives
- Finalize and prepare documents to be tagged for website and content library for research partners, clients and prospects
- Lead marketing section for annual briefing calls with Field and Relationship Development Executives
- Prepare marketing updates for monthly townhalls with executive interviewers
- Manage bi-weekly discussions with Relationship Development Executives (upcoming campaigns, tactical actions, etc.)
- Support campaigns for commercial clients and prospects across CIB, US-CCB and Investment Management departments
- Support the development and creation of monthly newsletters, data spotlights, blogs, award releases, and other promotions to drive brand awareness and lead generation for business units
- Coordinate website content with central Marketing Communications teams
- Support organization and execution of conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other forums to engage with research partners, clients and prospects
- Support global and regional RM teams for CIB, US-CCB and Investment management department by sharing campaign analytics to engage with clients and prospects
- Support Greenwich ACCESS product for Investment Management business by acting as account administrator for new accounts/users, sharing updates with contract renewals and expirations, and ensuring usage of data and analytics available on platform

**Qualifications/ skills**
- Bachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with financial acumen, strong business orientation, and strategic mindset. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, coupled with polished written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding time-management skills and experience managing clients across regions
- Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, coordinating with various organizational teams and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- **Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and experience / willingness to learn support software.**:
