**Market Research**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes. Translate findings into actionable insights to drive product innovation.

**Product Development Support**: Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in the development of product on desired roadmap and timelines.

**Product Positioning**: Develop product positioning, messaging, USPs & RTBs that effectively communicates the value proposition of product to target audiences.

**Implement Go-to-Market Strategy**: Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.

**Marketing Collateral**: Conceptualize marketing collaterals to support sales and marketing efforts. Ensure that marketing materials effectively communicate product RTBs, benefits and features.

**Product Training**: Prepare product training material for internal stakeholders & external sales team. Conduct training sessions as per the training schedule.

**Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation and sales conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve product performance.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to understand product strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions.

**Requirement**:

- Experience in product management or similar role, preferably within the health, wellness or nutraceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Detail oriented with strong project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
