Minimum Skills / Traits **:Knowledge on product ** Knowledge of Sales Process **Govt Tender Processing ( GEM Portal - Govt E Market) ** Cost estimation. **Prepare annual Business Development Plan and Long Range Plan. ** Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations. 4.Job Summary**: Planning and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR. **Tender bidding. ** Costing and estimation. **Contract executing. ** Planning and implement sales. **Customer retention and development. ** Planning and managing sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets. **Responsible to meet and exceed annual targets with respect to all sales targets for products and spare parts. ** Maintaining administration and relevant reporting and planning systems. **Reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments. ** Selecting and manage external agencies - such as Dealers / Agents, etc **Co-ordinate with R&D for New Product Development and new business development. ** Maintaining and develop corporate reputation. **Ensure on time collection of payments. 5. Linguistic proficiency ** English, Tamil & Hindi 6.Principal Working Relations / Interactions **:Executive Chairman ** Marketing Head **Other functional heads ** All other personnel in the organization

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
