Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide product information, pricing, and respond to customer queries.
Document and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet overall sales goals.
Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹27,586.19 per month
Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
