Production Executive

**Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, throughput, and yield through the implementation of best practices and technology upgrades.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the production team, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, performance, and overall effectiveness in their roles.
- **Health and Safety Management**:

- Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and training sessions as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production department, utilizing data analysis and feedback mechanisms to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for process optimization and efficiency gains.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
