**Job Summary**:
The Production Executive at Ibbani Food Industries is responsible for overseeing and managing the production activities within the facility. They will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Production Planning**: Collaborate with the production planning team to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts.

2. **Process Optimization**: Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

3. **Quality Control**: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular inspections, implementing quality control measures, and addressing any deviations from the set standards.

4. **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and storage costs.

5. **Team Management**: Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.

6. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, quality inspection reports, and inventory records. Prepare and present periodic production reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process improvements, cost-saving measures, and efficiency enhancements to enhance overall productivity and profitability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
