Executive - Food Stylist
**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Assist in sourcing high-quality ingredients and raw materials necessary for our culinary projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Support our chefs in preparing and presenting dishes according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Help manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, storage, and ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Assist in pre-production tasks such as ingredient preparation, mise-en-place setup, and organization to streamline cooking processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide general assistance in the kitchen, including cleaning, dishwashing, and equipment maintenance, to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality output.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Utilize knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (e.g., grilling, baking, boiling) to contribute to the creation of diverse and flavorful dishes.
- Maintain excellent physical condition and stamina to withstand the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
**Qualification and Skills**:
- Ability to grasp new concepts and techniques quickly, adapting to evolving kitchen requirements.
- Previous experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware preferred.
- Basic understanding of international and regional cuisines, along with fundamental culinary skills and techniques.
- Basic level of proficiency in baking techniques and pastry preparation is advantageous.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment and take direction from chefs and senior staff.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as required.
