Key Responsibilities:
- Be available at reception for all staff, parent, students and visitors in working hours.
- Answer call queries and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain outgoing and incoming call logs register and report queries to principal at the end of the day.
- Ensuring proper flow of information from caller to end receiver on priority basis.
- Effective bridging between parent and school staff for smooth functioning.
- Support and guide visitors, parents and students about school operating procedures, rules and regulations.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for admission office and admin team.
- Provide information and assistance regarding school policies, events, and procedures to all staff.
- Handle enquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
- Manage inventory and order supplies for the front office.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Perform data entry as in required and maintain databases.
- Assist in emergency procedures and drills.
- Provide support in case of medical or other emergencies following school protocols.
- Managing student dispersal in emergencies and student gate pass formalities.
- Assist and support admin team in student arrivals and dispersal process.
Additional Tasks:
Admission Office:
- Assist with student enrolment and registration processes.
- Support in admission process and handling walk in enquiries for admission.
- Arranging appointments for admission process and student interactions and co ordinating with corresponding academic co-ordinators.
- Providing support and information in timely manner for all telephonic admission enquiries walk ins.
- Counselling parents with required basic information about school and admission process for walk in enquiries.
HR and Admin
- Check updates of relevant government circulars sent and update admin staff about it.
- Directing parents and visitors to respective administration staff for their queries.
- Perform in team in case of event management as per given duties.
- Assist in catering and hospitality in school events and guest appearances and VIP parents.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Support to IT, accounts and other admin team whenever required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
