**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Membership Sales: Actively engage prospective clients to drive membership sign-ups. This includes handling walk-ins, phone inquiries, and social media leads.
- Client Follow-Up: Follow up with leads promptly and maintain an organized list of prospects to ensure consistent sales outreach.
- Client Tours: Conduct facility tours for potential members, highlighting key features and benefits of the gym.
- Corporate Partnerships: Assist in building and maintaining corporate wellness partnerships to increase memberships.
- Retention Activities: Work with the team to implement member retention strategies, such as personalized check-ins and event invitations.
- Incentives and Commissions: Achieve monthly targets to earn additional performance-based incentives.
- Event Assistance: Support gym events and promotional activities to boost community presence and sales opportunities.

**Skills Requirements**
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred, ideally in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of fitness trends and passion for health and wellness is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

**Qualification**
- Any Graduate

**Salary**
- 20,000 - 25,000 (Base) + Incentive & Commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
