- With branches spread across the country, the branches act as the face of Axis Bank for millions of retail customers and is, hence, an integral part of the Bank
- s strategy. Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank
- s customer engagement strategy across products and services**About** **the** **Role**
- Individual will be responsible for entire insight management of MIS
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sales Support: Management of daily business reports
Timely & accurate update.
1. NTB Report and dashboards
2. 30 Day On boarding Framework for NTB Accounts: T+7 Completion Status as on
3. NTB and salary enablers status Report
- Handling new projects and conduct UATs
- 1. Coordinating with ABR team and other cross functional teams to automate the daily reports
2. Communication and explaining changes in business logic to stake holders to ensure incorporation in the system for accurate reporting
- 1. Ensure fast resolution of queries raised by branches / channel and increase in process efficiency.
2. Co-ordinate with different Product and Program teams wherever required and check system data to ensure end to end resolution.
- 1. Creation of Internal and external Product Communication / Enablers/ Marketing Collaterals
2.
- Review of customer & Channel collaterals and communication on a monthly basis
3. Propagating the brand through effective tracking to ensure all customer communications are branded appropriately
4. Vendor Management for Printing of Collaterals
**Qualifications**
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduation/ MBA from a recognized university
- 8 - 15 years in the BFSI sector
**Role Proficiencies**:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Needs to be very approachable and should have ability to create rapport with critical stake holders.
- Have the ability to work in challenging environment.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel; capability to analyse large data sets.
