**About Function**:
A Company Secretary holds a strategic position within the governance and administration of a company - typically appointed to act as a key link between management, shareholders, regulatory authorities and the board. Governance - the way in which an organization is directed and controlled - involves working with company strategy, making informed decisions on how to help the company achieve its aims and objectives, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with legal, ethical and regulatory compliance.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including minute books and statutory registers.
- Drafting resolutions and various secretarial/legal documents.
- Filing forms with the Registrar of Companies
- Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with the Registrar and Transfer Agent and executing corporate actions.
- Assist in FEMA compliances.
- Conduct research on corporate governance best practices and relevant legal developments.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act
- A passion for corporate governance and compliance
- Cleared at least one group of CS professional level conducted by ICSI
