Job Title: Audit/Accounts Assistant

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of financial audits, including gathering and analyzing data, and performing testing of internal controls.
- Support senior auditors in conducting fieldwork, documenting audit procedures, and identifying areas for improvement in internal controls and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing documents, answering phones, and responding to inquiries from internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to facilitate the flow of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and assist in implementing updates as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in auditing, accounting, or finance is desirable but not required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
