**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming Patients**: Warmly welcome patients and visitors to the clinic, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic's software system. Coordinate with clinicians to ensure optimal scheduling and minimize patient waiting times.
- **Patient Registration and Data Entry**: Accurately register new patients, update patient information as necessary, and maintain electronic health records (EHR) with confidentiality and accuracy.
- **Billing and Payment Processing**: Assist patients with billing inquiries, process payments, and coordinate insurance claims as needed. Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in billing procedures.
- **Maintaining Front Office Area**: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-presented. Ensure sufficient stock of office supplies and promotional materials.
- **Patient Coordination**: Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, timely follow-ups, and effective communication regarding patient care.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors. Address concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or cabin crew.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
