**Recipe Adherence**: Follow established recipes for different types of bread, adjusting quantities as needed to meet production demands.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of ingredients, finished products, and overall presentation of the bread, making adjustments as necessary.

**Innovation**: Contribute to the development of new bread recipes and variations to enhance the bakery's product offerings.

**Inventory Management**: Manage and monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
