**Job Description - Structuring & Deal Making**
- Work on corporate restructuring and transaction advisory assignments including M&A / Private equity funding.
- Provide assistance on transaction structuring including review of corporate, financial, accounting, and tax-related documents of entities.
- Evaluation of structuring options and advising on various aspects of structuring under the Income-tax Act and other laws.
- Computation of tax liabilities under various structuring alternatives.
- Review and confirmation with regards to the regulatory compliances listed by the Company with the Companies Act, LLP Act, RBI, FEMA, etc.
- Finalising client deliverables in consultation with the reporting supervisor.
- Provide execution and implementation assistance in relation to the selected structuring option.
- Providing holistic tax solutions to Client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax
- Provide assistance on transaction advisory assignments including reviewing and revising marketing collaterals, business plans, assistance on due diligence transactions.

**To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,**
- A strong passion and interest in M&A
- Good understanding of tax provisions and tax-related documents.
- Assignments involve significant technical research.
- Good presentation skills including proficiency in PowerPoint and excel.
- Good communication skills

**Qualification: CA (completed), MBA (Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&A/ Transactions advisory).**
