**ABOUT UNIOPS**:
Unilever Operations (UniOps) is the global technology and operations engine of Unilever offering business services, technology, and enterprise solutions. UniOps serves over 190 locations and through a network of specialized service lines and partners delivers insights and innovations, user experiences and end-to-end seamless delivery making Unilever Purpose Led and Future Fit.

The UniOps organisation provides the resilient digital platform for the Unilever business. UniOps spends more than €1B each year with external vendors, and the quality and value of vendor services are critical to the success of Unilever.

The Vendor Management Office (VMO) is a new agile, cross-functional organisation that will transform the way that UniOps manages suppliers and the value we gain from our supplier spend. The VMO will:

- Coordinate the change to a new proactive operating model, building collaboration across functions to maximize value from our supplier spend.
- Be the engine that amplifies delivery of value from a new Collaborative Procurement Model that plans supplier decisions much further ahead, across whole areas of spend rather than individual contracts, and ensures best alignment with our business strategies.
- Assure the performance and compliance of suppliers and will ensure that we have the right data to deliver ever more value year on year.
- Provide end-to-end orchestration, and governance of vendor management activities across UniOps.

**Objective**

Customer Strategy and Planners (CSPs) are the key decision makers to drive category and customer growth. Hence, guiding the operations through Data Driven decisions is non-negotiable. The role of a CSP Engagement Manager is to build a simplified ecosystem for the CSPs. The key elements of the ecosystem are Process, Technology, Data and Training. The CSP Engagement Manager brings ones Techno-Functional expertise to bridge the distance between key actions for Category and Customer Growth and the insights to drive them. The roadmap to the enablement of the CSPs to consume Data Driven Insights, resulting into actions and growth is the Key Responsibility area of the job.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Bring perspective to spot opportunities & establish multiyear charter for analytics productsto democratise insights at customer and category level.
- Establish compelling product design which is at par with some of our competitors’ offerings while being fit for purpose for Unilever nuances
- Establish the long-term product & data strategy associated with the product suite
- Lead the development of design thinking; cost estimates; and benefits identification to feed into the business case for the new products
- Lead the roadmap prioritization, approval & delivery working with business & CSP champions
- Lead the squad - guiding them and taking accountability for their performance in the eyes of the business.
- Oversee product functional/ non-functional design and ensure Capability Teams’ members of the squad develop solutions which meet the business requirements
- Develop; own; and manage all project budgets & timelines
- Bring the data strategy to life by workingwith the Data Centre of Excellence & Solution Factories to ensure project deliverables are appropriately costed & scheduled in-line with project expectations.
- Work with the UniOps In-Market teamsto test solutions & functionality as well as embed the solutions with key users through effective Change Management.
- Assist the business in change impact assessments and liaise with the UniOps In-Market teams & Change leads on the ground to support the delivery of change management
- Lead business value measurement exercise working closely with UniOps In-Market teams as well as business stakeholders.
