**About the Role**

This role will work as a PMO to the SVP and GM of HARMAN’s Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) SBU. This position is of Senior Manager/Associate Director - PMO. The person on this role is expected to contribute in
- Business Transformation and Development.

Growth, profitability, and efficiency of the SBU.

Collaboration with large global teams.

Strategic leadership, managing key operations, processes, and innovation.

**What You Will Do**

Drive Business Transformation Programs in line with strategic objectives providing thought leadership on industry trends, innovation, partnerships, best practices and standards for growth and sustainability.

Collaborate with business leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

Take ownership of key initiatives and drive implementation with key business leaders. Monitor and report progress to business leaders and devise strategies to achieve outcomes planned for the initiative.

Manage corporate dashboards and analytics.

Work on the organizational strategic levers along with the Business Head for improvement and tracking
- of all aspects of profitability, revenue, optimal utilization of resources, and so on.

Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Interface with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and other functional teams to drive key initiatives.

**What You Need**

A master’s degree in business administration or related field.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the industry in a related role.

Strong leadership skills, understanding of Digital technologies.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to details and technicalities.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
