**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Keep track of sales leads, activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Participate in sales training and professional development activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the industry and products/services offered.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹75,810.29 per month
