Customer Success Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during the order process
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders, monitoring order status, and performing quality checks to ensure that all orders meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage the order fulfillment process from start to finish, including order entry, scheduling, production, shipping, and invoicing
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively following up with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the printing or branding industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- A passion for customer service and the drive to deliver exceptional results
**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year
