**Description**:We are a leading delivery service provider in Coimbatore. We are looking for an Operation Administrator for managing office related tasks.

**Company**:BestDay

**Office Location**: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

**Working Days**:Monday - Saturday

**Timing**:09:00am - 06:30pm

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming orders from customers and update it in the system
- Manage accounts and keep the transaction details upto date
- Customer interactions for better quality service
- Take care of in-house administration tasks

**Expectations**:

- Should be able to manage accounts of the customers and transactions.
- Should be able to communicate well and able to keep a good relationship with our customers.
- Should be able to attend the calls and deal customer queries via mails, phone calls & text messages.
- Should be good in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
- Should be flexible to work six days a week.
- Preferred to have hands on experience using the tools such as MS excel, powerpoint, word etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
