Assist primarily the Director with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis.
- Analyze, review and drive the business excellence processes, find out the gaps and areas of improvement.
- Conducting detailed research and prepare background information for key business meeting/decisions.
- Studying the curial business reports and briefing the Director.
- Keeping abreast with ecommerce industry updates and their implications on business.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Work with the Director to manage his calendar/ schedules, coordinating his travel itineraries.
- Representing Dir by participating in various meeting in his absence.
- Maintain effective liaison with all divisions and departments within the firm.
- Plan, organize and manage staff meetings to be attended by the Director, prepare MOM and follow up on the tasks/ action decided in the meetings
- Ensure that key dates and events are highlighted to the Director ahead of time.
- Prepare important MIS reports and Power Point Presentations for the management.
- Take and make phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
