Sales Executive

Job Summary: As an On-Field Sales Executive at Damati Plastics, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling Damati's high-quality plastic food containers to businesses operating in the hospitality and food service industry. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Damati plastic food containers within the HoReCa sector. This includes identifying potential customers, assessing their needs, and offering suitable product solutions.
Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities within the HoReCa market. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to leverage this knowledge in achieving sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their queries, concerns, and provide appropriate after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Damati's plastic food containers to potential clients. Highlight the superior quality, durability, and eco-friendliness of the products.
Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and other commercial aspects to close deals that align with the company's profitability and sales objectives.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines. Generate regular reports for management to track progress and assess performance against set targets.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent Damati Plastics at relevant industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and expand the customer base.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in the plastic food container industry, as well as emerging market trends and customer preferences.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the hospitality or foodservice industry.
- Strong understanding of the HoReCa sector and the challenges faced by businesses in this field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating with a sales team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
