International Customer Support Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with international customers via voice communication, addressing
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your experience to provide personalized support, building rapport and trust
with customers.
- Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12
quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure
seamless onboarding and ongoing performance excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 6 months of international customer support experience through calls.
- Proficiency in US Shift timings.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in customer support
interactions.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- International Customer service: 1 year (required)
