Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop interactive courseware using Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
- Translate instructional content into engaging multimedia learning experiences.
- Incorporate interactive elements, simulations, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure courseware is SCORM-compliant and compatible with learning management systems (LMS).
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and accessibility.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in e-learning technologies and instructional design.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in cloud domain.
- Proven experience in courseware development using Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
- Proficiency in multimedia development tools and technologies.
- Experience with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working in the education or e-learning industry.
- Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Animate, or Lectora.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) administration and integration.
