Your primary objective will be to counsel experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to their career progression and suggest the best options. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Meet and Exceed Sales TargetsYou will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. To achieve this, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be highly motivated, self-driven, having the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma is a must.
- Minimum 1- 4 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in BPOs, counseling, or sales (Travel, EdTech, FinTech, Insurance).
The interview process will consist of three rounds: Exploratory Discussion, Cultural fitment round, and Managerial & Team fitment round with Senior Management.
